    The Xiaomi Mi 10 series from 2020 is set to receive an update known as HyperOS, as disclosed by Zhang Guoquan, director of Xioami’s mobile system software department.

    According to the announcement, the HyperOS update is scheduled to roll out in April, with the initial release likely being restricted to beta testers.

    Users of the Xiaomi Mi 10 series, including Mi 10, Mi 10 Pro, and Mi 10 Ultra, are in for a treat. Despite not being included in Xiaomi’s 2021 software policy that guarantees three Android updates, these smartphones received their third Android update (Android 13) last year alongside MIUI 14. Remarkably, they were originally launched with Android 10.

    HyperOS Update Details

    An official from the company has confirmed that the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro, initially launched with MIUI 11, will soon be upgraded to their fourth major software update in the form of HyperOS. Similarly, the update marks the third major upgrade for the Mi 10 Ultra, which debuted with MIUI 12.
