The iQOO Watch GT 2 has just hit the shelves in China. This smartwatch, coming from the vivo sub-brand, was first introduced earlier in October 2025 and launched alongside the iQOO 15 smartphone. Its design is quite similar to the recently released vivo Watch GT 2, featuring a square shape reminiscent of the Apple Watch (SE 2nd Gen currently priced at $189 on Amazon).

    Display and Design Features

The iQOO Watch GT 2 boasts a 2.07-inch AMOLED display, which the company claims is ultra-bright with a peak brightness of 2,400 nits. The watch is encased in a sleek aluminum alloy body, and users can easily swap out the strap. This smartwatch operates on BlueOS, which includes over 100 exercise modes, complete with specialized running posture analysis and various coaching features. It also provides ongoing health monitoring for metrics such as heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and sleep quality.

    Unique Functionality

With the new Esports Mode 2.0, heart rate data can be displayed in a floating window on your mobile device while you’re gaming. Additionally, there’s a neat feature that allows you to use NFC on a compatible device to ‘tap’ and switch the watch face to a chosen image. Other capabilities include contactless payment options and GPS tracking. There are two models available: one with Bluetooth and the other with eSIM, the latter allowing users to make or receive calls. The Bluetooth version is reported to last up to 17 days on a single charge, while the eSIM version offers about 8 days of battery life with regular usage.

    Pricing and Availability

In China, the iQOO Watch GT 2 Bluetooth model is available in Phantom Black or Star White for CNY 499 (around $70), which can be purchased at the vivo store. The eSIM version is priced higher at CNY 699 (approximately $98) and is only offered in black. These prices align with those of the corresponding versions of the vivo Watch GT 2. As of now, the company has not revealed any intentions to release this smartwatch in other regions.
