    – Generative Wallpaper and Live Translate for guest customization and accessibility

Just a few months after launching the 2026 models of its The Frame and The Frame Pro Art TVs, Samsung has announced a new model. This version was announced earlier this week at HITEC 2026, an international hospitality technology event. Referred to as The Frame Hospitality Model a.k.a. The Frame (HL03H), Samsung says the new TV, which is designed for hotels and premium commercial spaces, is the first Art TV under its hospitality lineup.

Design and Display Features for Hotels

Like the versions made for homes, The Frame Hospitality Model has a 4K QLED display with an anti-glare panel that helps to reduce reflections, a slim fit wall mount for that gallery-like look, and optional magnetic bezels so that the TVs can be customized to fit the space. However, this lacks a One Connect Box as the major connection ports are integrated into the TV. Samsung says The Frame Hospitality Model also has a feature called Collection Hub that hotels can use to display selected artwork, photography, and brand visuals when the TV is not in active use.

    Generative Wallpaper and Live Translate

Another feature of the TV, which is a first for a Samsung Hospitality TV, is Generative Wallpaper. With this, guests can create AI-generated backgrounds to customize their space. There’s also Live Translate which will provide subtitles for international guests when watching local broadcasts or Samsung TV Plus.

Samsung says the new TV has support for Google Cast and Apple Airplay. All they need to do is scan a QR code, and they will be able to share content from their phone or tablet to the TV. And once they checkout, their device connection information is automatically deleted.

    LYNK Cloud and Business Intelligence

Last but not the least is a feature called LYNK Cloud which hotels can use for real-time monitoring of TV status. It can also be used to update on-screen services that guests can access through the TV, such as digital concierge service and room service. LYNK Cloud also has a Business Intelligence feature that hotels can use to learn guests preferences such as frequently ordered meals and popular TV channels. This data can help them improve services and better curate their offerings.

    Availability and Sizing

Samsung says The Frame Hospitality model will be available in 55”, 65”, and 75” sizes when it arrives in the US in the second half of the year.
