After a few weeks of leaks and hints, OnePlus has finally revealed its newest premium smartphone. The OnePlus 15T sits just below the OnePlus 15, acting as the company’s compact flagship for this year, and it will compete against other devices like the Xiaomi 17 and Vivo X300.

    Display and Performance

The OnePlus 15T features a 6.32-inch screen, similar to its predecessor, the OnePlus 13T. The display is a 165 Hz OLED panel produced by Tianma. Inside the OnePlus 15T, you’ll find the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, just like its larger and pricier counterpart, the OnePlus 15. This Qualcomm processor is paired with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X Ultra Pro memory and 1 TB of UFS 4.1 storage, along with the SUPERVOOC S power chip and the G2 E-sports network chip.

    Camera Setup

The OnePlus 13T faced some backlash for its lackluster camera performance, but it appears that OnePlus hasn’t made significant updates in this area. The primary camera remains a 1/1.56-inch 50 MP sensor, accompanied by a 1/2.76-inch sensor under the telephoto lens. This time, the zoom lens is a 3.5x periscope with OIS, which is an upgrade from the previous 2x zoom setup of the 13T. The front-facing camera is still a 16 MP shooter, and unfortunately, there’s still no ultra-wide camera present.

    Battery and Pricing

Other impressive specs of the 15T include a 7,500 mAh battery, 100 W wired charging, and 50 W wireless charging, plus it supports bypass charging. The phone weighs in at 194g, has a thickness of 8.35mm, and is offered in three colors: Relaxing Matcha, Pure Cocoa, and Healing White Chocolate. It also boasts various ingress protection ratings, going up to IP69K.

As expected, the OnePlus 15T is priced higher than the 13T it replaces. To give you an idea, the new model starts at CNY 4,299 ($625) for the version with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. In contrast, the similarly configured 13T was priced at CNY 3,339 ($485) at its launch. The suggested retail prices of other configurations are listed below, keeping in mind that China’s national subsidy reduces each model’s price by an additional CNY 500 (~$72).
