PUBG Mobile has revealed a fresh collaboration with the American car manufacturer SSC North America. This exciting partnership introduces two of SSC’s hypercars, the Tuatara and Tuatara Striker, into the widely popular battle royale game.
SSC’s Tuatara and Tuatara Striker Enter the Arena
The Tuatara, renowned for its record-setting speed surpassing 300mph, and the Tuatara Striker, celebrated for its adaptability and cutting-edge design, will be accessible in-game until July 9th. Players have the option to choose from two color schemes for each car: Rose Phantom and Sky Crane for the Tuatara, and Dawn’s Edge and Blue Nightscape for the Tuatara Striker.
This collaboration goes beyond mere aesthetics. SSC vehicles are famous for their robust twin-turbocharged V8 engines, and players can anticipate these to translate into impressive speeds within the game.
Enhanced Gaming Experience
The introduction of these hypercars comes on the heels of a recent PUBG Mobile update that, for the first time, includes a 120fps option. This update is aimed at the increasing number of flagship smartphones that now support this higher frame rate.
This isn’t PUBG Mobile’s first venture with a car manufacturer. Previously, they’ve teamed up with Aston Martin and Tesla, giving players the opportunity to virtually drive these luxurious vehicles.
Fresh Gameplay Dynamics
Adding new and thrilling vehicles keeps the gameplay dynamic and lets players try out various strategies. Whether you’re using these hypercars for a bold escape or just to flaunt your virtual affluence, the Tuatara and Tuatara Striker are sure to infuse a dose of high-octane excitement.
Alongside the new cars, the PUBG Mobile team has hinted at the forthcoming release of official SSC maps for World of Wonder. However, specific details about these maps are still under wraps.
