As the excitement builds for CES 2025, Asus has introduced three new ZenScreen monitors. The range features a portable 15.6-inch 1080p display, a 27-inch QHD 100 Hz monitor, and a 31.5-inch 4K monitor that claims to cover 98% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, designed with casual professionals in mind.
Portable Display for On-the-Go
The first model is the ZenScreen MB169CK, a 15.6-inch portable monitor. This device comes with a 1080p IPS screen and includes a detachable kickstand that rotates 360 degrees. The stand can be taken off when not needed, making it easy to fit into a backpack. It features a mini HDMI port, two USB-C ports, and an audio jack for connectivity.
Gaming-Friendly Monitor
Next is the 27-inch ZenScreen MB27ACF, which is likely to attract casual gamers. It features a QHD IPS display with a refresh rate of 100 Hz, a significant upgrade from the usual 60 Hz panels. While it may not be as rapid as many gaming monitors on the market, the MB27ACF is still fast enough for casual play, and the QHD resolution enhances the experience for watching content. It also comes with a USB-C port that supports 70 W power delivery, HDMI, 2.1 audio output, and a headphone jack. Lastly, there's the ZenScreen Smart MS32UC, which features a 31.5-inch 4K IPS display. This monitor claims to provide 98% DCI-P3 coverage and is DisplayHDR 400 certified, making it ideal for both viewing content and professional tasks. Notably, it includes smart features enabled by Google TV support, allowing it to be used independently without a PC. The connectivity options are extensive, offering HDMI, DisplayPort, USB-C with 90 W PD, Bluetooth 5.2, WiFi, and a built-in USB hub.
In terms of pricing and availability, Asus has not disclosed any details yet. However, with CES 2025 approaching, more information is expected soon.
