AOC recently introduced a new 4K gaming monitor called the “U27G40E” in China. The monitor is retailing for 1,899 Yuan ($264) and can be found on JD.com. Let’s dive into its main features.

The AOC U27G40E comes equipped with a 27-inch 4K (3840x2160 resolution) display that boasts a high refresh rate of 160Hz, ensuring smooth graphics. It has a response time of just 1ms grey-to-grey, which helps reduce motion blur and improve clarity during fast-paced gaming sessions.
Visual Quality and Features
With a brightness of 450 nits and a contrast ratio of 1000:1, this monitor supports 10-bit color and covers 100% of the sRGB as well as 95% of the DCI-P3 color gamuts. Its DisplayHDR 400 certification enhances the dynamic range, making details in shadows and highlights more visible for realistic visuals.
The color performance is impressive, offering 10.7 billion colors with ΔE<2 color accuracy. It covers 126% of sRGB and 95% of DCI-P3, professionally calibrated for vivid and precise color, making it ideal for both gaming and creative tasks.
