    Teclast Unveils Affordable Android Tablet with 32-Hour Battery Life

    Teclast has introduced several tablets this year, one of which is the relatively small M50 Mini. This model features an 8.7-inch screen, but the new T70 is quite the opposite. The T70 comes with a larger 10-inch IPS display.

    Comparison with Samsung

    In fact, the Teclast T70 is just a bit smaller than the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, which currently retails for $1,184.99 on Amazon. However, Teclast is aiming for a different segment of the Android tablet market compared to Samsung. As a result, the T70 utilizes a 1,920 x 1,200-pixel display that has a refresh rate of 60 Hz.

    Features and Performance

    Additionally, the tablet runs on Android 14 and is compatible with Widevine DRM L1, allowing users to stream DRM-protected content from platforms like Amazon Prime Video and Netflix. The device is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 processor and has a sizeable 10,000 mAh battery, supported by 18 W Type-C charging. The T70 also features an 8 MP front camera and a 13 MP rear camera, along with an extra rear-facing sensor.

    Storage and Availability

    The T70 allows for MicroSD card expansion, includes GPS, and supports nano SIM cards. Right now, you can find the Teclast T70 on AliExpress for $229.99, which comes with 256 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM. It is expected to be available on Amazon at a later date.     Tecno MegaPad 11 Launch: Upcoming Tablet on Google Play & FCC

    Tecno is preparing to unveil a new tablet. The new model is called the MegaPad 11, which has shown up in recent certifications on the Google Play Console and FCC database. Here’s what we have gathered so far.

    Tecno MegaPad 11 Certification Details

    Back in August 2024, we reported on Tecno’s plans to release the MegaPad 10 and MegaPad 11. Now, it appears that the company is getting nearer to officially launching the MegaPad 11. The tablet was recently spotted on the Google Play Console and FCC, with the model number T1101 (Via TheTechOutlook). The Google Play Console listing shows that the tablet comes with 8GB of RAM and operates on Android 14 right out of the box.

    Key Specifications

    The device is certified to have a MediaTek MT8781V/CA processor, which is known as the Helio G99 chipset. The MegaPad 11 is expected to feature an 11-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels and a pixel density of 280 PPI, as confirmed by the Google Play Console. Additionally, the screen supports a 90Hz refresh rate, and it includes a 5-megapixel front camera, while the back features a 13-megapixel main camera. The FCC certification also revealed that the tablet is equipped with a large 8,000mAh battery.

    Additional Features

    This tablet comes with a U180TSA charger adapter model number, indicating it supports 18W wired fast charging. Some schematics have also shown the rear design of the Tecno MegaPad 11, which features a dual-tone panel along with a dual-camera setup in a rectangular module. Other notable specifications include Tecno AI, Dolby Atmos support, a weight of around 500 grams, available in Blue and Green colors, up to 8GB of virtual RAM expansion, and 4G connectivity.
