The Lantern and Kitefin sharks are recognized for their unique bioluminescent qualities, which have inspired the colors used in Freestyle’s Shark Brite glow-in-the-dark technology. But these retro-inspired watches offer more than just a passive glow in the dark feature.
Water Resistance and Functionality
Both watches come in a compact 38mm size and are designed to withstand water up to 100 meters deep. They also include hydro pusher buttons that let users operate the watch functions even under three atmospheres of pressure. Unique Strap Designs
When it comes to the straps, each watch offers something different. The Lantern Shark, known for its distinctive yellow light-detecting spot, boasts a fun retro color scheme of pink, yellow, and blue, and includes a clip band that fits wrists up to 205mm. On the other hand, the Kitefin Shark edition, which takes inspiration from the shark’s blue-green glow, features a color palette of pink, white, and blue, and comes with a leash strap that also accommodates a max wrist size of 205mm.
