Samsung Galaxy M16 5G & F16 5G: Leaked Specs and Renders Revealed

The Samsung Galaxy M16 5G and Galaxy F16 5G have recently appeared in several online listings such as Wi-Fi Alliance, BIS, and Geekbench. New renders of both phones have also emerged, giving us a closer look at their designs and features.

Galaxy M16 5G: Design and Specs

As per the renders from Android Headlines, the Galaxy M16 5G is designed with a pill-shaped rear camera setup that includes three sensors arranged vertically. An LED flash is located just outside of the module. The phone has sharp flat edges, with the power button, volume controls, and fingerprint sensor positioned on the right side, while the SIM slot is on the left. The front of the device is designed with an Infinity-U notch to house the selfie camera.

The Geekbench listing indicates that the M16 5G will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, accompanied by a Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, and there will be a variant with 8GB RAM. It will operate on Android 14 and support various Wi-Fi standards including a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz, Wi-Fi Direct, along with WPA2/WPA3 security protocols.

Galaxy F16 5G: Design and Specs

The Galaxy F16 5G renders, which were briefly available on Smartprix (now removed), display a design quite similar to the M16 5G, featuring a metal camera island at the back that holds three vertically aligned sensors. It is expected to come in several finishes, ranging from solid colors to gradient styles.

Rumored specifications for the F16 5G suggest it will have a 50MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. It’s anticipated to include a 6.7-inch FHD+ Infinity-U Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The device might also run on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300+ chipset, be powered by a 5000mAh battery, and support fast charging at 25W.7-inch FHD+ Infinity-U Super AMOLED display

Launch Expectations

Samsung is likely to unveil the F16 5G through Flipkart and the M16 5G via Amazon in India. Both smartphones are expected to launch in the next few weeks.
