Motorola has introduced the Motorola Edge 50 Neo to the global market, showcasing a 1.5K resolution P-OLED screen, a MediaTek Dimensity processor, and a 50-megapixel primary camera equipped with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). This device is anticipated to debut in China under the name Moto S50. Recently, the S50 model appeared on Geekbench, providing a glimpse into its main features.
Key Specifications on Geekbench
According to Geekbench, the Moto S50, marked by the model number XT2409-5, includes a Dimensity 7300 processor—identical to the one in the Motorola Edge 50 Neo. This processor has a maximum clock speed of 2.50 GHz, paired with a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU and 12GB RAM.
Additional leaks suggest that the device will come with a 6.36-inch FHD+ OLED screen, offering a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support.
Motorola Edge 50 Neo Features
The Dimensity 7300 chipset in the device is expected to be paired with LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. It may be powered by a 4,400mAh battery that supports 68W fast charging.
